FAQs – Dumpster Service

1. How far in advance do I need to call to order a dumpster?

We can usually deliver a dumpster within 24 hours. If there is an urgency, we will work to get it to you the same day you place the order.

2. How long can I keep the dumpster?

The standard amount of time is 14 days. This may be shorter, however, if demand for dumpsters is high. Be sure to confirm the time when you place your order.

3. How do I have the dumpster removed?

When you are finished with the dumpster, you will need to call us and schedule a time for pickup (918) 542-6317.

4. Is it necessary to have a dumpster permit?

Depending on your specific situation, you may or may not need a permit. Permits are usually required only when the dumpster is placed on public property such as a street or sidewalk. You will need to contact your local township or public works department to determine if a permit is needed.

5. Can I change or cancel my service order?

Yes, you may do either. You can call us at (918) 542-6317 Monday through Friday from 8am–5pm. Please have your location address available when making changes. If a driver is already on the way, a trip fee may apply.

6. Can I get an additional dumpster?

If your dumpster needs to be emptied please call us at (918) 542-6317. A repeat charge that is equal to the amount you paid for our previous dumpster will be applied.

7. What’s included in the service price?

The service price includes a one-time delivery and one-time pickup for the dumpster, as well as the agreed upon disposal allowance. The waste is always disposed of at a fully licensed and approved facility.

8. What payment choices do I have?

All major credit cards are accepted including Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You can pay online or on the phone.

9. Does someone need to be there when the dumpster is delivered and/or picked up?

We prefer someone be there, but it’s not necessary. If no one is there the driver will put the roll off dumpster in the safest area.

10. Will the dumpster damage my driveway?

Damage to your driveway is unlikely; however, there could be damage due to the weight of the dumpster itself and the debris placed in it. This video illustrates the dumpster delivery process. We recommend that you place 4’ x 8’ sheets of plywood where the dumpster will be placed.

11. Are there materials that cannot be put in the dumpster?

The following materials are prohibited: chemical products, oil filters, hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, antifreeze, appliances, contaminated oils, herbicides, radioactive materials, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), computers, monitors, batteries, microwaves, televisions, railroad ties, fluorescent tubes, medical waste, animals, asbestos, barrels, all liquids.

Tires can be disposed of for an additional fee.

Nothing can be sticking out of the top of the dumpster.

We can discuss any questions you may have.

12. Will the dumpster have a door that opens?

Dumpsters all have hinged back doors that swing open.

13. Do you provide emergency dumpster delivery?

Emergency dumpster deliveries are based upon location and availability. Please call (918) 542-6317.
